patient and nurse reading

Mr. Schmitt,

I am writing to you because of my sister who is a resident at your facility.  Her life seems so happy.  We have driven to visit her several times and each time was a blessing both for her and for us.  She enjoys our calling her and she calls us often.  At times, I have called and she would say, “I’m getting my hair done.”  She loves that.  On Sunday mornings she loves to go to devotional and is often joined by her son and his wife.  I just want to say thank you for making her life pleasant.  I commend your staff for their thoughtful and respectful manner at all times.  May God bless you as only he can.

Love in Christ,
P. M.

“My family and I want to thank each of you for the years of care and attention that you gave to our mother. I truly believe that it takes a very special person to do the work you do – it is a calling. We are so blessed to have a facility such as this in our town. Thank you for your service.”

“Thank you so much for being here for us. Without your patience and caring we would be in a heck of a mess!”

“Copiah Living Center is one of the best nursing homes around. It’s clean and well-kept on the inside as well as the outside. The facility has well trained staff to take care of your loved one. They are caring and very compassionate. Everyone is like family. If you should have a concern, you may consult with them at any time. I highly recommend Copiah Living Center.”
